Menu for THE WEEK!

Monday~Beef Roast, Garlic mash, and fresh salad

Tuesday~Barbecue Beef and Potato Turnovers
1/2lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1/3 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup frozen potatoes O'Brien
1/4cup shredded Cheddar cheese (1 oz)
1can (8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
Wednesday~Ham 'n Cheese Omelet Bake ~ Ham and cheese to veggies, with a biscuit crust.

Thursday~Cheesy Beef and Bow-Ties noodles

Friday~Pork Chops with Cheesy Pasta

Recipe sounds good. What do you do with it? Do the crescent rolls go on the bottom? I think my family would love this recipe.
