Random Recipe Exchange

It’s time once again for the Random Recipe Exchange. Stop on over at Pam’s blog if you want some more information about the fun Random Recipe Exchange.

This week we are sharing a Tex-Mex recipe. WOW! This one was easy for me. So, I am really excited to see what the other participants share so I can get lots of new recipes to try.
Here’s my recipe:

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. (10.75 oz.) TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Taco Dinner
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 cups shredded lettuce
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
COOK meat with Taco Seasoning Mix as directed on package.
TOP with Salsa, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.
CRUSH Taco Shells; sprinkle over taco mixture.

Prep Time:5 min
Total Time:15 min
Makes:6 servings, 1-1/3 cups each
