Go Figure!

TOTAL weight so far Shaunda 3.5 & Allison 6!
WOW! Were doing GREAT!

Healthy tip: Don't eat at least 2-3 hours before bed!
Excercise of the week: Jump rope for 2 minutes
Week 4~ February 3 - 9
Healthy tip: Do one positive thing for someone!
Excercise of the week: Go outside comfort zone!
