Total Time: 15 min
Makes: 4 servings, 1-1/2 cups each
3 cups (8 oz.) penne pasta, uncooked
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cut up
1 cup milk
1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crisply cooked, drained and crumbled
2 cups baby spinach leaves
1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
COOK pasta in large saucepan as directed on package.
MEANWHILE, cook cream cheese, milk and Parmesan cheese in large skillet on medium-high heat 3 min. or until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Add remaining ingredients; cook and stir 5 min. or until heated through.
DRAIN pasta; return to pan. Add sauce; toss to coat.
Total Time: 15 min

Saturday~New-Look Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

Total Time: 1 hr
Makes: 16 servings, about 1 cup each
4-1/2 lb. red potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
1 container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S FREE or KNUDSEN FREE Fat Free Sour Cream
3/4 lb. (12 oz.) VELVEETA Made With 2% Milk Reduced Fat Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
8 oz. (1/2 of 1-lb. pkg.) OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham, chopped
4 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Place potatoes in large saucepan; cover with water. Bring to boil on high heat. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 10 to 12 min. or just until potatoes are tender; drain. Remove three-fourths of the potatoes; place in large bowl. Add sour cream; mash with potato masher until smooth. Add VELVEETA, ham and onions; mix lightly. Add remaining potato slices; stir gently.
SPOON into prepared baking dish; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
BAKE 30 min. or until heated through.
